In addition to the Full Council, the Parish Council operates through its four committees: Planning, Leisure & Amenities, Environment & Road Safety, and Finance & General Purposes. Members of the public are welcome to attend any meetings, where you may raise questions, make comments or suggestions. Alternatively parishioners can contact the Clerk directly by email, in writing or during office opening hours.

Each Committee has its own terms own Terms of Reference and Delegated Powers.

Understanding the Planning Process can be difficult, especially if you have no previous knowledge.  With this in mind, the Parish Council has put together a Planning Guidance, which we hope will explain the role of the Parish Council and individual Councillors, when it comes to dealing with planning applications.  We trust that this also provides clear guidance on the role to played by the Parish Council when dealing with larger planning applications.
